Seaquoys has oil-fired central heating. It is an adaptable means of heating and allows an immediate boost of heat should the weather suddenly turn colder.
The front door leads into a small porch. This is an ideal space in which to shed any wet or dirty clothes.
The porch then leads into a large and welcoming lounge/dining area.
The lounge has a comfortable 3-piece suite comprising a 2-seater (which can unfold into a sofa bed), a 3-seater and an armchair.
The lounge also has patio doors leading out into the garden.
The dining area has a large 8-place dining table.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, double oven, microwave,fridge freezer and dishwasher.
The utility room has its own sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom enjoys views to the north and east allowing guests to lie in bed and watch the sun rise over Papa Westray.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite wet room which provides easy access for wheelchair bound visitors.
The second bedroom has twin beds and enjoys the same magnificent views over Papay Sound to Papa Westray.
The third bedroom has bunk beds, fitted wardrobes, a bedside cabinet and lamp.
Finally, there is a large family bathroom housing a bath and a shower over the bath.
