Pierowall Charters sea tour provides an opportunity to explore the marine environment around Westray and to enjoy a spot of fishing.

Seals on Grobust beach in WestrayPuffins are a special visitor attraction on Westray. They arrive to nest in late April and usually leave at the end of July. The greatest numbers can be seen mid-afternoon and evening at Noup Head Lighthouse and the Castle o' Burrian.

There are empty beaches with amazingly clear waters and a variety of walks to enjoy. You can download the leaflet on walks from the resources section of the aforementioned Tourist Association website.

You will almost certainly see seals on Grobust beach and you may well be fortunate enough to see seal pups in late autumn.
